Detailed Process of Review and Acceptance of Articles in the Journal
After the article is submitted by the author to the system, in the first stage, the article will be examined by the journal's experts in terms of compliance with the editorial guidelines (within a maximum of one week). Therefore, in order to expedite the review process, before submitting the article, carefully study the author guidelines section and prepare and submit the article precisely based on the editorial guidelines available in the system.
If accepted in the first stage, in the second stage, the article will undergo an initial evaluation in terms of content quality and relevance of the topic by the editor-in-chief, the specialized secretary, and the scientific committee. This stage will usually take one week. At this stage, initial corrections may be announced to the author in order to improve the quality of the article and place it on the path of review, so that by applying them and having them reviewed and approved, it can enter the next stage.
After acceptance in the second stage, the article will be sent to two reviewers. The article review process is as follows:
If two reviewers reject the article, the article will be rejected.
If one reviewer's opinion is a major revision and the other reviewer rejects the article, the article will be rejected.
If both reviewers' opinions are a major revision of the article, the article will be given to the author for revision.
If one reviewer's opinion is acceptance or minor revision and the other reviewer rejects the article, the article will be sent to a third reviewer, and based on the third reviewer's opinion, a decision will be made according to items 1 and 2.
After the author revises and submits the article based on the reviewers' opinions, the article will be given to the reviewers for comparative evaluation.
Every five days, a reminder email will be sent to the reviewers, and if the article is not reviewed after 20 days, the article will be taken back from the reviewer and given to a new reviewer. Considering the extent of requested corrections and the reviewers' comments and the speed and accuracy of the corrections made by the authors, obtaining acceptance in this journal will take approximately 4 months (if the reviewers give final approval).
